From forestry to 400 cell sites
Established in 1996 by David Shand, based in Achilty, Ross-shire. With a background in forestry, agriculture and estate contracting, DSC North started its telecommunications work on the Vodafone & O2 Highlands & Islands joint venture rollout, delivering GSM mobile communications throughout the region.
This included some 400 “cell sites”, most constructed by helicopter and all terrain vehicle.

What the industry says
“DSC North have contributed massively to Network Roll out in the UK, there are hundreds of sites that would either not have been built, economically or logistically without their methods.”
